Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

Can I sue my job for harassment...I've been working on the railroad for almost seven years...and they are trying to fire me..people that got fired in the past called me and told me they were trying to fire me..

Why are you being discharged?

How are you being harassed?

In order to sue for employment discrimination you must be a member of a protected class.

This means you must have been harassed due to your age, race, gender, religious beliefs, disability, sexual preference or the like.

Were you harassed for any of these reasons?

Is your discharge based on any of these reasons?
