Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

I was suspended from my job on September 2nd pending investigation with an incident about a resident that happen on August 16 2016. So I talked to the state and told her what I did with the resident on that particular day. The incident that occur had nothing to do with me. Another nurse aide review the tape and said that it was her and another aide. I was just up on the unit behind the desk. I provide them with a statement of that day. Here it September 13 2016 and I keep calling my job and they giving me the run around about coming back to work. They not telling me anything. I don't know what to do.
