Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

terminated due to work related injury

I was recentlly terminated from my job due to a work related injury. I have received paperwork saying my termination dates were 1/13, 1/15, 1/18 and 1/28/09.The first letter stated my termination was due to my leave expiring from my work-related injury. I thought it was illegal in NJ to fire an employee if they got hurt on the job.

You don't give enough information to answer your question. There is enough information to tell that you should be looking for assistance by a lawyer who handles Workers Compensation claims.
