I was terminated from my employer after working with company for six years I want to roll over pension plan to IRA and what told no could not be touched until 55 years of age yes I am vested how can I get the funds now age 49 and roll over to IRA

The rollover should be a fairly routine affair. I you call me, I can refer your to financial advisers that should be able to assist you with setting up an IRA and making the rollover. If you already have an IRA, speak to your account executive.
