Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey
I was terminated for misinterpation of information regarding an incident. I have never been put on corrective action or written up in all my years of employment. Could I file a suit against now my former employer?

Thank you for your LawGuru question. The general rule of employment in NJ is: at-will. Which means, in part, an employee can be fired at anytime, for any or no reason, despite not having been subject to "corrective action" previously.
