Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

Terminated -

I worked for a firm for the past 7 years and was terminated as of 10-24-07. How long does my ex-employer have to pay me my salary and severance?

Re: Terminated -

Your earnings have to be paid to you within two weeks of the date on which they were earned. Statutory law does not require your employer to pay any severance so you need to look to any contract and company policy to tell what happens there.
