over time
If I work more than 8hrs a day should'nt I be paid over time for anything after 8hrs?

If you are an hourly employee (as opposed to a salaried employee), then the answer is yes. If you are not being paid overtime, then you should contact the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety, Wage and Hour Compliance.
