Unfair Treatment and then Fired
I worked for this company for about 4 years. Loved it there until 2 years ago they replaced my boss. She slandered me, had me written up for things proved to not be my fault, caused serious emotional distress, lied to the company about me. The list and detail go on and on. I did the right thing and went to human resources to complain about the things she did. Also other co-workers repeatedly complained about her.She would set me up to make things look like my fault. Nothing was ever done about her. Always promised to stop her. She had me written up for to many un-planned days off when being sick. But just last week they sent out notices of how many hours we have for sick or vacation time and it showed I had 46 hours of sick time left. I feel my boss lied to get me in trouble again. When I went up to get an answer of how they can write me up for time I am entitled to, they never would give an answer and make things sound like there isn't a problem. I get 3 weeks vacation and have never been able to take them without trouble. Things got heated up in human resources and I raised my voice a little to get an answer. Two years of causing emotional distress, I stand up for myseklf to get an answer and they fired me. Anthing I can do?

Possibly, what do you think is her motivation to harass you? Why do you think she does it?
