Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

I have a verbally abusive boss. I have recorded two of his many rants, one in which you can hear him slamming a table. Not only am I not allowed to take my state mandated 30 minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks, now I am subject to his temper. When he gets angry, he throws things, punches things, and curses profusely, in front of any and everyone causing me humiliation and embarrassment. I am currently 5 months pregnant and this is (literally) raising my blood pressure. I get sweaty palms, shaky legs and hands, and all around nausea even being near him now because I'm so nervous around him.

What can I do? I truly fear he will continue to berate and demean me and put my and my unborn child's health in jeopardy in an effort to force me to quit.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks very much.

This sounds like too much, and you may have a legal right to not put up with this.

Please give me a call at 201 820 3460. What you are describing sounds very unfair, and I would like to put you in touch with a friend of mine who does this kind of law (representing employees who have been mistreated). He is one very very tough attorney, and I know he can assist you.
