Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

My wife works for Department of Corrections and contracted TB there. What should we do ? Can we sue? I don't want her working there anymore. Any advice will help . Thank You

TB is always a possibility when working in a closed environment such as a prison, school or hospital. Her remedy in this case looks like Workers' Compensation along with her on the job medical insurance.
