Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

If I work from home and my employer does not for my internet, can they be accused of invading my privacy if they perform a remote scan or my pc?

If the PC belongs to you and there is no contract by which you agreed to inspection of your PC, it is improper regardless of who pays for the Internet.
