Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

I've been working as a consultant at my employer's client's location for over 2-1/2 years. I'd like to go on my own and consult directly for this client. I'm just not sure about the contract between my employer and the client. Here is the Right to Hire:

"Customer does not have the right to hire any [...] employee(s) working full-time at the Customer's location or any that have worked at the customer location within twelve months."

I currently work there 19 hours per week so I'm not full-time and have worked there for 2-1/2 years. I can't tell if it means within 12 months of working there currently or 12 months after I leave there and then come back. Is this wording vague? Is this enforceable?

Thank you.

Your question is very specific and calls for a legal analysis and opinion. I'd be pleased to provide these services, but it would be imprudent to do so via a brief email exchange. Please contact me to discuss your questions. Thank you. 973-921-0600.
