I am working full time and need to know how to go on unemployment for health reasons. How do I go about doing that?

If you are not ready, willing and able to work you will b e excluded from collecting unemployment benefits. If a particular job adversely effects your health and your employer is not able to find a position to accommodate your health needs, then its possible to receive unemployment benefits as long as you are ready willing and able to work.
