Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey
I was working for a major bank on a project thru a staffing agency. I became pregnant and my doc put me on bed rest for a month. When the month was up I informed the agency and at that point they told me my job was no longer avail. Also while working at the bank I was denied special accommodations while pregnant and had to constantly remind the agency of the Pregnancy Discrimination Act. Do I have a case, I know that as an employee of the agency that there are some exceptions but the bank dictated everything, I had little contact with the agency.
