i am a 54 year old white female in the process of interviewing for a job transfer my boss is demanding i put in writing that i will be gone july 1 as he has replaced me with a 27 year male who has already introduced himself to my branches. do i have a case

Not on those facts. You might if you are being discriminated against because of your age or gender, but without more information, you could just be being fired. Can you show that there is discrimination?
