Wrongful termination
As an at-will employee, is a 3 year employment contract binding and can I be terminated by e-mail without cause as the contract runs until the end on Dec 2009.

If you have a valid written employment contract that extends to December 2009 you are in much better tshape then an t will employee. The contract would govern any attempt to terminate your contract. You could bring an appropropriate action un der the breach of the contract. This assumes that you have not breached a term of the contract. I would suggest you immediately contact an attorney. If the contract is a pennsylvania contract and you worked in pennsylvania then Pennsylvania law may apply.
