Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey
Over a year ago I accepted a severance package from my full time job. I found a part time job but quit because of working conditions. I applied for unemployment based on my full time permanent job. I am being denied unemployment benefits because I quit my part time job. Can they do this?
