Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

I have a 3BR house, I stay in 1BR and have rented out 2BRs to 2 different individuals. My house is located in jersey city NJ-07306. Is it legal ?

It depends on the ordinances and rules for rental properties in Newark - these rules for rental properties vary by town, and would require any attorney to take time to reserach that issue. It is unlikely you would get that answer in this free forum.
