Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

"I am 24 and no longer a college student, I live with my mom and do not pay rent. She claimed me as a dependent on her 2010 taxes when I was 23 and she pays my health insurance. Does she have the legal right to kick me out? without notice? does she have an obligation?
