Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

Me and 1 other person are on a lease for a 3 br apartment. the landlord understood our intentions to sublet 1 room to 1 person before signing the lease. My roommate has since moved 2 people and a baby in without any notice to me. i have not signed any agreement with these people and they ALL refuse to tell me what they�re paying or what kind of rental agreement they have with my roommate. My roommate tells me she�s not collecting any money from these people, however i believe she is using their payments to cover half of the rent - as if we're not now splitting our home amongst 4 adults and a child. Our landlord has stated to me that if he gets involved it will mean we'll both be evicted. My question, is what recourse do i have against these sublets that "aren't paying rent" and i have no agreement with - as well as against my roommate for even taking these actions

You trusted your roommate and you have a problem that will take some hard pushing on her to solve. This is crazy, you now share your apt with an extra whole family. No. Wrong. If nothing else works, then you will use me to demand she get them out, and if not, you will file suit. I hope it will not come to that, but you can not tolerate this nonsense.
