Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey
I own a 30 unit building. On of my have a tenant has had their door locks glued. Can i install a survalince camera on her floor? it would be in the center on the hall. Also can she claim damages since she had to get a security system and her lock were expensive. She warned me that vandals were messin her door and I did nothing. Please help.

Install the security camera. No she can't claim damages unless you had notice of an ongoing security problem
