You should definitely consider a claim against the landowner. Feel free to call our offices for a free consultation.

Re: accident fall
You should get a lawyer, and pursue this claim.
Most lawyers who do this kind of work will not charge you for their work, but instead take a part of whatever money they recover for you (a contingent fee). I know that I do!
So, go get a lawyer. Call me if you like, no charge for consultation.
Re: accident fall
Please take a picture of the sidewalk. It appears that you have a personal injury action against the landlord. I will forward this inquiry to my colleague, Adam Silvera at The Cochran Firm.

Re: accident fall
It all depends on how much paid and suffering you experience; the nature and duration of the disability caused by your injuries; what loss of income your have or will suffer because of your injury and other factors.
You have a good claim.
Call me if you like.
