Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

I allowed a homeless woman into my home after her car was in an accident (she lives in her car- it's driveable but will never pass another inspection). That was August 8. I've given her 4 weeks (9/5) to get it fixed or get another car. Either way, I set a 9/5 deadline for her to leave. If she refuses, is she legally a trespasser? Can I ask the local (Lindenwold, NJ) police to remove her? I do not know what area of the law this comes under so I selected landlord/tenant. Please keep in mind, I am not a landlord, I am a homeowner and she is not a tenant. She pays no rent.

Assuming you haven’t collected rent, you would need to bring an ejectment action. That is different than a Landlord/Tenant case. The police will not just remove her on your say so.
