Breaking lease due to disability
I have Multiple sclerosis...my spouse recently became disabled also. Our landlord says that in order to break the lease we must pay 2 months up front and 2 months if the space is not rented. What are my rights?

It depends on your lease - you cant answer yyour question without seeing the lease
