we have a business lease agreement, and the landlords, would come in out while, the business is closed. Always tell us how to run our business, turns off the main heating unit?

I would need to see a copy of your business lease agreement to determine what rights the landlord and tenant have under the agreement. Generally, the landlord should not be coming in and out of the business while closed, particularily if there is no emergency situation. The landlord is entitled to access to the property, however he should have to give you reasonable notice. Does the landlord supply the heat?
