Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey
my business shut down and i had to break my lease.now my landlord is suing me . i had set the business as a llc. the lease was setup up for 10 years and i had personally guaranteed the first year and then after that a one year rolling guarantee. what should i do?
