Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey
Chapter 7, Trustee have lied, made a false virbal statement at a hearing in a tax matter.Taxes were not due,as expenses exceeds capitol gains,
Should I, the debtor, file a lawsuit for obstruction of justice, perjury against the Trustee? if so in what court, in bankruptcy court or in criminal court.What are my rights as a Debtor.

You are not likely to succeed in suing the Bankruptcy Trustee.
However, it seems that you really need a good lawyer.
