Assuming that the consent was obtained as part of an eviction suit, the landlord can apply to the court for a warrant of removal in much the same way as if a judgment had been entered. The difference is that a certification will be required to tell the court that the tenant violated the agreement. In a subsequent rent default suit, the tenant is liable for twice the rent otherwise due for the period after the tenant promised to vacate.
