Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey
I have filed a complaint against my neighboors due to their sons loud music. We are scheduled for mediation next week. The teenage son and his friends have been threating me since I filed the complaint. They follow me to my car every time I leave the apartment muttering curses at me oblivious to my infant son I have with me. What is needed to have a valid visible harassment claim? Burlington county nj

A pattern of a person bothering you with intent. It sounds like you may have enough here.
