Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

I filed for an eviction of a commercial tenant, who on the day before the court date advised me he was moving and did not want his name on a court record. I agreed to not appear if he would sign a Consent to enter judgment for possession. The consent was take place March 1st. On March 1st he did not move, his equipment is still there and I can't get in touch with him.

Do I just file the document in Paterson's Civil Division.

What happens next.

I do not know what the document says, so I can not tell you what to do next.

If you have problems with a commercial tenant, you may want to hire an attorney who does landlord-tenant law, to help you.

I do this work, so let me know if you want me to look it over and help you get the tenant OUT!

If you have a signed consent order granting you judgment of possession of the subject premises, you should simplly file same with the court and apply for the issuance of a warrant of removal which will cause the court officer to act to remove the tenant from the premises.
