Girlfriend evictin w/out a lease for he w/her child

I want her out of my apartment, She has a delinquent 13yr old, is a bad mom & dyfass is involved w/her. I h ave provide a stable home for them but it's over & sghe won't leave voluntarily. I am miserable & she is tr ying to trash my life. I have a very stable & good job.

What can I do to rid her of my Apartment. There is no lesse, but I can receice one from my landlord who by the way, rented me the apartment years ago way before her?

You need to consult an attorney. there are several problems which might come up, and you need to take quick action. You want to avoid getting tangled in her problems, including DYFS, bills she owes, and any claims by her against you. This will take some careful advice.
