harasment by neighbours
my tenants r being harased by a neighbour who lives right underneath them she complains over use of shower, flush ,was machine & even walkin threatnin them & even there kids. when i tried to reason with her she exploded n thretned me not to come in neighborhood, i made a police report of that. she has no family so she dislikes a family livin on top floor. my tenants r scared of her explosive attitude n r concerned of wellbeing of there children, so they want to leave mu unit, which will b financial loss 4 me. my previous tenants had left cause of the same neighbours harasment as she constantly slams on there door n uses profanity. mgmt of my condo complex is no help , what legal action can i take to keep her away from tenants.

You must serve her with a notice to cease and desist from her behavior, within three days of her receipt of the notice and when she fails to complex you can file an action to evict her in landlord/tenant court based on her misconduct.
