Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey
The house we rent went into short sale. How many days notice do we get to move once sold? If notice is served after 1st of the month, does it automatically begin the following month?

Depends. If the new owners want the place as their personal residence 2 months. If not you can stay.
