There are certain statutory requirements that a landlord must follow before he can evict you. You should consult with an attorney before doing anything. Please call my office to set up an appointment

Unless the lease provides otherwise, the sale of a leased premises does not give either the buyer or seller the right to evict a tenant. The tenancy is a right in land and "runs with the land". So, the tenant just gets a new landlord with the same lease and the same renewal rights. If the building has been sold, the former landlord has no right to evict anyone. Ony the new landlord can act agains the tenant.
