Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

I am a landlord and found out my tenant is dealing drugs from my house

What can I do legally what is the law?

I want to know what the law says for this sort of thing.

You can evict him. You must properly

give notice of the termination of his leasehold due to his misconduct on the

premises and then, shortly thereafter, file a complaint with the

landlord/tenant court seeking the possession of the premises.
