Re: landlord liability for dogbite

Your tenant can be easily be found by any attorney who knows what he is doing. The owner of a dog is absolutely liable in tort for any dog bite. I do not see how you can be sued for a dog belonging to a tenant or how it can be proved that you owned the dog. You should tell the lawyer to hire a good skip

tracer, if he does not have access to www.accurint.com which is what lawyers use to find people.

Call me if you like. For a reasonable fee I will find you lost tenant for you.
