what do i do as a landlord

19 months and no payment at all. i want a free consultation a.s.a.p. im currenyly owed 31,000.18 as of 5-18-09. where can i go, who can i call? im trying to save my house from foreclousure.

I'm assuming you are looking at losing your investment property, not your home. Is it commercial or residential? I'll assume it is residential... WHY did you wait so long to do something? Most attorneys will give you an initial consultation, but to make it useful, I suggest you put together ALL your documents, including the original lease, the bank account where you put the security deposit, any letters demanding payments, complaining that they are behind, etc.
