Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

I am a landlord who wants to move into my property.

Do I simply need to issue 60 days notice to the tenants? They do not have a lease. Thank you.

The New Jersey Anti Eviction Act protects your tenants. You may be able to serve a 2-month Notice to Quit witrh Demand for Possession on them, but we would need additional information in order to completely answer your question.
