I signed my lease yesterday but was pressured. In accordance with NJ state law do i have 24 or 48 hours of buisness days to back out of my lease without penalty?

You can cancel the lease, by certified mail today.
I am not so certain about the three day rule but the
pressure involved makes the agreement less than arrived at by a meeting of the minds.
If there is a three day rule it should be stated on your copy of the lease.
