Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

Letter Recieved....

I received a letter stating that I had to remove my air conditioner from my window but with no reason attached. This was from the main office. When you call to find out why no one knows what the reason is. I did not remove it and will not until I get further clarification. Can someone shed light on this?

It is pointless to speculate as to the reason for the letter.

If you like, call when and if the air conditioner becomes a problem.
