Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey
I live in a apartment complex. The management wanted to repaint the parking lines and had asked everyone to remove their car. My car was not working and so I could not do anything to move it. They towed it away and now are charging me exorbitantly. Why would I spend on getting teh car towed for aprtment maintainance work. Can I ask the apartment to reimburse me for the towing expense. What recourse do I have? Please advise.
