Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

I live in a house with my fiance and our four kids (his and ours). Back at the end of August we had a little relationship problem where I moved out , we worked things out and I moved back in in the beginning of October. Since moving back in his grandmother who owns the house has tried four different things to have us evicted. When she realized that none of those ways worked she stopped for about a month. We just recieved a letter from her daughter saying that she is the new owner of the property and she wants to move in here and we have to get out. We have a lease and the rent (water/sewer/taxes) are all up to date. Can we file a harrassment charge and get it all dropped? HELP

You can't be evicted until the end of the lease regardless of who owns the house. After that, there may be a possibility that the new owner can move in but it has to be genuine occupancy and not just an effort to move you out. If you need some help with this, feel free to call me.
