Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

Lying on application

If I find a tenant has lied on their application by denying they have never committed a crime or giving a false SSN, etc. are thes grounds for eviction.

It depends on how long they have been in possession. If tenant has been there a while, it will be difficult. If it is a short duration tenancy, the only way to do it, in my opinion, would be to file a lawsuit to void the lease contract based upon fraud in the inducement.
