Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey
My mom has a renter who was recently placed on workman's comp due to an injury on his back. The renter injured his syatic nerve to be exact. Anyways he hasn't been paying his full amount of rent for a couple of months. Can we still evict him/give him his 30 days notice while he is on workman's comp? It is month to month contract not a yearly one.
