Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

I just move into a community with an association. The Association pass on a $100.00 fee to me for last years snow removel. Do I have to pay for last years snow?

You title insurance company should have made sure that your title was free and clear of all such charges and liens. Contact the agent who closed escrow.
