Does a condo Tresurer have a right to request a fee from the association for services each month?

Re: NJ Condominium Fees
yes. the treasurer is giving time and effort. however, this depends on the bylaws, which must allow the position to be paid; all the bylaws that I draw allow the treasurer to be paid. a lawyer could look at the bylaws and tell you very quickly, yes or no.
Re: NJ Condominium Fees
Bylaws of the association govern. If the fee is provided in the bylaws it is lawful. If it is not provided for in the bylaws I would think that the request for a fee is questionable because the association membership must usually approve disbursements of
it's funds.
