Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

NJ- if as a tenant I have a flood in my apartment and the place is ok to live there afterwards, can my landlord ask me to vacate the place during the repairs he needs to do (the wooden floor needs to be redone, as well as the walls, mold treatment was done already) and come back afterwards? I am 3 months away from the end of my lease and do not want to move out for 4 weeks and come back for a little while before having to move out again as I do not want to renew lease. Can the landlord keep my deposit as I am preventing him from doing the repairs. My renters' insurance has offered to pay the move and the temporary relocation but I feel if this move happens it should be the landlord's insurance to pay for that as I am not responsible for the flood damage.
