I am a 42 yr old woman...and my managment company for my landlord told my mother i was late with my rent this month. Is this legal? and if I am pay my rent each month in the current month (including late fees) if I do run late, can they bring me to court to evict? Thank You

To be evicted for the late payment of rent the landlord must send you a notice advising that in the past you have habitually paid your rent late and giving you notice that you must cease and desist from such conduct and advising that an action to evict for the habitual late payment of rent will rent will be filed with the court should the conduct continue.
