Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey
I received a warrant of removal yesterday but had given the landlord a written notice that I would be moving out in 2 1/2 wks... Will I be locked out before that date? I called their attorney and they said that the officer probably doesn't have my file yet... I need to make it to my leaving date... Do I have any way to get to the 2 1/2 week mark. I'm in nj
