Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

Do I have a right?

I have a roomate, who is not on the lease, doesn't pay any bills. I asked her to leave, she will not. She also has been doing drugs in my house. I need to know how legally I can get her out of my house. Thank you for your help.

Call the police. If she is uninvited and has no legal right to be there, she is a trespasser and the police should remove her.
